These Tuesday evening online classes with Jenny are open to everyone. A great way to finish your working day and transition into your evening.
With a selection of exercises that can be used in ‘bite-size chunks’ as part of a daily routine to encourage physical and emotional well-being; or when experiencing physical aches and pains. Your emotional ‘first-aid’ in times of stress and anxiety.
