Shiatsu Connects Cancellation Policy

We understand that life is unpredictable and that sometimes you may need to change or cancel your session at the last minute.

Please read this policy before you book your treatment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your Shiatsu or EFT Tapping treatment please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

1. Cancellations made prior to this are rescheduled with no fee.
2. Cancellations made within 24 hours incur a half price late cancellation fee.
3. “No-show”, or cancellations at the start of the session incur the full fee.
